    Thornley Woods

    Hi all, just noticed this thread and comments re: thornley woods. I went down about 3 weeks ago when I was between jobs as I was going crazy sitting in the house! Had a nice wander around the woods and then down to the Derwent valley and over the viaduct. Saw plenty of red kites down there...
