    Well done on getting over 50 species. I'm sorry to have missed the Osprey fishing, and am determined to see one there eventually!

    Some great photos as usual. Helped me to identify a few birds i was unsure about. Met a birder there yesterday that pointed out an American Teal to me.

    Was at the park myself today. Good to meet Stonefaction earlier in the week. Had 'words' with someone that had two dogs running all over the skylark hill. They were throwing a ball well onto the grass for the dogs to chase, and disturbed a skylark on the ground i was looking at.

    I thought it was a bit early, but my first thought was 'cuckoo'. Sparrowhawks are regular visitors to my garden so i don't think i would have mixed it up with one of them. Could have been a dove of course. We'll soon know if someone starts hearing it.

    Possible Cuckoo yesterday in the bushes next to the seat looking over the bay. It was just a fleeting glance as it flew low through the bushes. My first thought was 'cuckoo', but i only saw it for a second.
