    The high number of dead swans is deeply worrying. One has been predated, but looking at it it seems to have been since the bird died. The other four were untouched when I saw them yesterday evening. Making me think someone is shooting them for sport? Hard to believe they are all dying from...

    I was at Grimley (Camp Lane) this afternoon. I noticed a goose that I can't find in any of my bird books. Is it a hybrid or a juvenile bird? Sorry about poor picture quality-the light had almost gone and they were some way off so heavily cropped. Many thanks. Angie
