    The Reedbed Pool is NE of the JW, before the North Pit, close to the river. The Black Tern was fishing on the pool adjacent to the screen on the east side of the JW - not sure of the name of this pool, but lies between JW and Fishers Mill. Cheers

    Hi Dave, I managed to get a couple of poor long distance shots (the best is attached). Comparing this with the illustrations in the Collins Bird Guide, I would say the bird is a juvenile. I'm no expert however.;) Cheers Matt

    RSPB sightings 26/08/13 RSPB this morning: Jubilee Wetlands: 2 Ruff (juv), Greenshank, 3 Common Tern, 2 Dunlin, 6 Ringed Plover Pool adjacent to Jubilee Wetlands: Black Tern 8:30am onwards Reedbed Pool: 3 Snipe Regards Matt
