    A pleasent wander round today, again very quiet, many wigeons, gadwall, teal, shovelers, etc. No sign of the Black Swan at Dosthill.     Apparently `they` have repaired/replaced the grouting under the base plates to the Bridge. The PROBLEM! is that the disabled ramp stands some 6/9 inches above the ground, so that the disabled cannot use the Ramps. Question--- How do the disabled/wheelchairs get there in the first place...

    I hear the bridge is still not ready to use, due to `Health & Safety`!! Apparrently they havn`t grouted under the Base Plates properly, a very basic requirement in the construction industry. Its lucky the RSPB aren`t paying. I wonder if there was a Penalty clause for not completing on time...
