    is there a reliable spot on tyneside for ring necked parkeet, am guessing no. I know they are in ward jackson park, but tbhi cant be bothered to go all that way, just for a `feral` species. The ones in whitley bay seem to be pretty mobile? Hartlepool isnt the easiest place to get to on the bus...
