    Did anyone see a possible Goshawk today flying around the Beamish area. It was too big for a sparrowhawk even a female and it was not a Buzzard or a Kite.

    Clara Vale A few shots from today. The weather was miserable with heavy showers at times but at least it was dry in the hide at Clara. One of the Moorhen in the last picture seemed to be grooming the other one something I have not seen before, does this happen often during the breeding season?

    Shibdon Ponds I seem to ask a question nearly every time I post on the forums and here is another one. Can anyone identify this gull I saw a Shibdon Ponds this morning. I think it is a Common Gull but I am not very good at identifying gulls. Any help would be gratefully received. Cheers
