    Hi Mickr. no offence taken. I no i'm fortunate to see Kites everyday, though i've yet to find any positive signs of breeding further up the Derwent Valley were i live. I think this is down to illegal persecution imho.

    Nice shots Ron, the light at Asda was a lot better than at Blaydon. After you left Sparrowhawk flew through and took a Blackbird. Single Waxwing was still there when i left about 45 mins after yourself.

    Past Steve,s house 22.15pm last night after leaving Newcastle at 16.10pm the water was running down the side of his property like a river in flood, hope Him and his property is ok. It took me over six hours to journey 13 miles home from Newcastle to Shotley Bridge.
