    Thanks Andrew. OK Cackler can I ask where in Cagayan you are? You should get in touch with the Wild Bird Club of the Philippines. Try www.birdwatch.ph I don't think there are any members in Cagayan but there are some in Ilocos Norte, and some other members are experienced in what you are doing...

    It looks like a juvenile Rufous-bellied Eagle. Why is it in a cage?
