    Waiting for our flight home at 11.15 pm in Dalaman airport I couldn't help but notice the nightjars flying around the floodlights outside feeding on the moths. I was tempted to get out my bins for a better look but luckily remembered this cationary tale from some time ago.

    An excellent site, thanks Brendan. My wife and I are visiting Dalyan again in May (not for a birding holiday though, I have assured her :) ). I shall be making great use of your site and all of the relevant directions as well as referring to the may 2013 trip report - thanks Alan.

    Very useful. When I visited Dalyan I had only very basic information and this would have been very valuable - I look forward to accessing it when I next visit.
