    Had a nice Autumn day on the canal with family today and took a few photos as light was so good. Well over 40 species recorded including finding a Barnacle Goose and female Wood Duck (thanks for tip off Jarrad). Nice patch…………...

    Keith/Tim - Just wondered if you had been up the Lickeys this winter,if so what sort of numbers of Bambling were about. Popped up this morning for a change of scenery but didn't find any. (Might have been to early) Did however did find a nice flock of 13 Bullfinches. Cheers

    Walked Bittell on Sunday for a change of scenery. Only birds of note was 2 Goosander on small pools behind sailing club and also another separate pair on Lower Bittell. Attached are couple of photos that caught me eye.
