    Nice trip to the outer moray firth. 4 Minke's, lots of Arctic & Great Skuas, many Arctic Terns, 2 Tysties and to cap it a Storm Petrel. Nice.

    Had 14 Long-tailed Ducks around the entrance to Buckie harbour and just outside yesterday. About 2/3 males. There was a couple of pairs just outside the entrance and a female inside which showed down to a few feet from the boat. Sadly I didnt have my camera.

    Had a great week and a bit working on a moray firth and islay with a few stops inbetween. On the way up we managed a few Ospreys including one over the fish farm at Aviemore.     had about 50 gn divers and 25 black throats on the ferry to islay yesterday plus 4 lesser redpoll, 5 willow warbler and a couple of crossbill at the ferry port on kintyre. Today about 30 manxies to the west but little else.
