    Hickling 21st June Swallowtails X5 showing well at Hickling, at 20+ Painted Ladies but best spot of the day was a White Admiral near to the Visitor Centre.

    20/10 Saw a solitary Wall Brown on the path leading from Rockland Staithe to the hide overlooking the broad. Perhaps part of a third brood? Also still seeing Small Whites.

    3/8 Saw around a dozen Dark Green Fritillaries and similar number of Graylings at Horsey Gap in the dunes near the car park.

    20/7 Foxley Wood. Several Silver Washed Fritillarys sighted near to the entrance. Also saw one White Admiral flying up into the trees. Numerous Large Skippers and Gatekeepers and Whites in the wild flower borders.

    Winterton 18/7 Two Graylings on the brambles near the carpark at Winterton plus one in the dunes. Also one good sighting of a Dark Green Fritillary in the dunes plus a couple on the wing.

    22/6 Two Swallowtails seen at Hickling Reserve. 24/6 At East Ruston Common, 100 plus Silver Studded Blues and at least a dozen Small Heaths. Also saw 4 Ringlets, one Large Skipper, 1 Tortoiseshell, and a few Meadow Browns. Also saw an Emperor Dragonfly.

    White Admiral 21st June at Aldeford Common, 2 White Admirals and 2 Commas and about 20 Ringlets. 11th June about 10 Scarce Chasers between Rockland St Mary Staithe and the Broad. 17th June at Beeston Common near Sheringham, saw this dragonfly. Can anyone help with identification?
