    enjoyed the 100+ waxwings flying over my head in hinckley today, about a minute from my house in front of the national grid. plus i saw small groups flying over around was doing some shopping.

    Ravens over Hinckley There was a pair of ravens over Hinckley this morning, I was going towards the town centre to get my hair cut, walking past the Leisure centre car park and i heard them calling thinking "wtf was that", looked up and there they were so i rushed back home and watched them...

    Great White Egret today (and yesterday) at sheepy magna fishing lake, saw it for about 5 minutes when i got there but flew off before i could walk around to get a better look. Seems to spend its time between the lake and the flooded fields behind it.
