    Went to Sence valley tonight for Lapland bunting, I missed them. A small group if birders seen one just before dark with a flock of mpippits will try again. Karpman

    Never had a Tree pipit there yet, Not had a mpipit there for a while either:-O. Latest birds of not for Brascote for me were 2 grey wagtails. 30+ Pied tonight roosting in the willows too. Karpman

    Went for cattle egret today. No sign checked surrounding fields also. Rutland had plenty of Ruff, Green shank including good numbers off Tims point. Karpman

    A Single Common Sandpiper still at Brascote pits, Had a reeling Grasshopper warbler at the Sence valley yesterday also too. karpman

    Nice one mate! Been a Kite for some days over the Market bosworth area too, Regular over shenton and surrounding area too it seems. Karpman

    Heard an unconfirmed report of a Nightjar around a month a or so ago, An apparently a Red-backed shrike was photographed but no more information seems to be forth coming! Happy birding Karpman

    Brascote pits has got a Redstart probable Black female and 2 common sand pipers tonight. The redstart did not strike me or my friends as classic interesting bird indeed. Karpman

    Shot down there about 6.30pm just incase, I am normally there every Saturday:( Great patch bird though! 2 Redshank a couple of Curlew in the back the field. 3 yellow Wagtails Thornton reservoir last night no sign of the redstart! Karpman

    Hey guys Not much to report on, Common gull and yellow leg gull down brascote on thursday, Tree sparrows and some Goldcrest showing really well @ thornton res today. Not mega rare but best i could do and bloody nice:t: Karpman
