    Great report Peter, Can you shed any light on the SEOs at Derbyshire bridge side. Been twice last week no sign at all, they are usually very reliable. Goyter has been watching some on the Long Hill side, could they be the same ones? cheers Dave

    Driving the top road above the reservoirs this morning and came across a lovely sight: 4 Deer, of which 2 had to jump across the barrier to head for the tree cover, they were eating at the side of the road Dave

    Had a lovely walk around the goyt area today, from Derbyshire bridge carpark (Nr Cat & Fiddle), through to Errwood reservoir. Fantastic scenery and weather Saw the following: Dozens of Meadow pipits, Goldfinch 3, Willow Warbler 5 but heard dozens more, Kestrel 2, Swallow 2, Wren 4, Chaffinch...

    Hi Pete Ah... Although I am new to birding and especially bird photography I reckon most pics need all 3, light, tameness (inquisitive), luck!! Still a great shot!! I was out at 3 shire heads today, came from the Knar (Cut thorn hill side) to watch a pair of Kestrels that never let me down...
