    So, Rayne to Mickle Mere (about 35 miles direct) in 2 - 2.5 hours - could easily be the same bird.

    Birdguides has the following report of a White-tailed Eagle for 14.15 this afternoon: "possibly seen north over Manningtree, then east along the River Stour this afternoon". No reports after that.

    The Stilt was still present at 19.45. Also 3 Cuckoos, Barn Owl and a distant singing Corn Bunting.
