    Maybe Deformed? How would this bird have gotten by if a female red wing and deformed?? The beak does keep growing in some birds.... never seen it in a wild bird before.

    Northern Harrier?

    The Northern Harrier keeps close to the ground for it is one of the only, if not the only bird of prey who realize on their hearing more then site. One will capture the Northern Harrier, usually on the ground in open areas. Pastures etc.. Or this is what I found out.
