    I surely think you should take The Humm feeder down there with you. I have used it for 2 years now and it works GREAT. you can see it at www.the-humm.com. It re-uses plastic bottles as the nectar reservoir and is so easy to use! Just my thoughts...have a great time!

    I wasn't aware that the birds were attracted to sage plants? Interesting....maybe I will try planting a few this sprind and see if they like them here on the east coast. I always plant scarlet runner beans. The birds LOVE their tiny red flowers.
