    Far Pastures A couple of shots of the Jack Snipe and Water Rail from Far Pastures today. What was nice about the Jack Snipe is it is the only second one I have seen and the fist self found one. I took that many shots I am still going through them.

    No blue skies today it was just thoroughly wet and miserable but managed to get some shots of a couple of Pied Flycatchers up near the moors.

    Durham Moors A ride out across the moors today for Ring Ouzel saw three and managed a poor record shot of one. A few Wheatear about, again poor record shot. A pair of Dippers also seen. Nice to meet up with Michael A, hope you got the shots you wanted.

    High Shincliff A trip to High Shincliff produced this record shot of the Yellow-rumped Warbler which was my target bird and also this very poor record shot of a Redpoll. This particular Redpoll seems to have a yellow crown, is this common in Redpoll’s?
