    Old non AF lenses on K200

    I have done this with mine, and it does seem to work. I have an old 50mm F1.7 from my ancient ME Super, and it works well. I think you can also set it to auto, and then it will use what ever aperture you set manually, but you might want to check that as it is a while since I have tried it...

    A flock of Redwings has been systematically stripping the berries from a pyracantha in the garden over the last couple of days. I got this shot by putting my camera on a tripod in the garden with a remote release attached. It was a first time experiment, but I am pleased with the results...

    This was taken this morning at Filham Lake near Ivybridge. The heron was sitting on a gate in the fence around the lake, seemingly oblivious of all the dog walkers who were taking an interest in him. This shot was taken with a 55mm lens as I had left my longer one at home (much to my regret)...

    Four female goosanders on the river Erme between Keaton Bridge and Cleeve. May be the same as the ones on the Erme by Ivybridge playing fields at the weekend, although that group was 3 females and one male. Richard
