    What3words

Oops, I didn't make that very clear. I have the W3W app. Is there another app that works the other way? If there is a bird at ///dividers.later.widen , how do you know where to go? The emergency services clearly have such an app. Is it available to the public? Dave

Is this a knot or not? UK

This wader was photographed at Robin Hood Bay, Yorkshire last week. I thought it was a knot but some of my birding friends thought it wasn't quite right. Any views? Dave

    Waxwings

Saw these yesterday just down the road from my house. I was so lucky to firstly see them and also to have a camera with me and for the sky to be clear. The clear sky only lasted half an hour at the right time.

    ID help Pembrokeshire UK

The white on it's neck does seem wider than for a BTDiver and the bill seems to point upwards which would indicate RTDiver? Dave

Thanks Ken. I originally thought RTDiver but hadn't noticed the prominent white flank patch. Dave

    ID help Pembrokeshire UK

I would be very greatful if some one could ID this for me. I think I know what it is but haven't seen one for a few years so would like some confirmation if possible. It was taken from St David's Head, Pembrokeshire last week. It was some distance away and this is heavily cropped. Many thanks Dave
