    I think its a Great tit

    I've got a bluetit visiting the garden who looks exactly the same. Appears to be healthy and feeding well so hopefully it's head feathers will grow back in due course.

    Caught in the middle of construction - baby birds

    I wouldn't suggest moving the nest as the mother would probably abandon them. Is it possible that you can leave the nest where it is for a couple of weeks until they leave?
