    Golden vs Bald Eagle

Photos are mostly out of focus and were taken in the rain at Old Faithful area Yellowstone USA. I believe the Eagle is carrying something. I had assumed this was a Bald Eagle but now that I am looking at the photos a little closer I am thinking it's a Golden Eagle chased by a Red-tailed Hawk?
