    Does anyone recognize what bird makes this sound?

    Any chance you think it could be a peregrine falcon? I had one of those in my yard a few days prior to catching this bird call. I went on yotube and listened to the sounds of the types of bird or prey we have here and that was the closest match

    Does anyone recognize what bird makes this sound?

    I have an app called birdnet and you can record a bird call and it will i.d what kind it is for you but once in awhile it's not accurate. The app said it might be a tufted titmouse but I have those in my yard every day for the past year and never have heard them make that sound.

    Honestly I don't know why he/she comes to me like that. It just showed up in my yard one day and never left, just likes to tease my dog 😂 and try and land on me. I posted another video of it messing with my dog in a playful way haha

    This little guy is always trying to get close to me if not on me and I finally built the courage to try and get him to land on my hand. Instead he nipped my thumb instead of taking thr piece of bread that was in my hand haha

    Why is eastern Pheobe trying to follow me into my house? I'm in a wheelchair so want to know if I have to worry or not.

    I had a theory as to why he nipped my finger . You know how the say when you feed animals you should keep your thumb tucked in? I didn't do that so I thought maybe he thought the tip of my thumb was a bug or something. He loves hanging out around my dog and me . I wish they could talk!! Haha

    It sounds like a red shouldered hawk based off the audio I looked up online but it has a white chest with brown spots and looks very much like, if not the same one, as the last hawk video I just posted which I assumed to be a red-tailed hawk

    I thought it was a red-tailed hawk but when his/hers wings spread I saw what looks like an orange patch on each wing and all the pictures I looked at online for red-tailed hawks didn't have that

    Haha he is A couple weeks ago I was in the yard and held a few seeds in my hand then lowered my hand a few inches from the ground while the pheobe was standing on thr ground a few feet away, he flew to my and bit my thumb Real quick then immediately flew away haha
