    Presidente Figueiredo

    I am going to Amazonas in March for 10 days 5 of them will be at the mamiraua reserve near Tefe. Then back to Manaus I wondered if it was possible to see the cock of the rock at Presidente Figueiredo in a day trip or should we stay overnight. we don't have much time at all.

    I guess you aren't going any more but If you do decide to go I think Belem is closer than Manaus and you can certainly catch a boat there to go on the Amazon I haven't been there in over 22 years and about 36 years for Manaus But I remember that Belem is a major gateway port on the Amazon
