    Thanks everyone! Unfortunately this is the only image of a reasonable quality :-( So could be a Common Buzzard or a Imm. Steppe Eagle then! I was also thinking of an Imm. Bonnelli's Eagle due to the light head.......but with just one image I guess we'll never know for sure ;)
