    I guess you can't be sure from the photos. I thought that white rump in males can be present only when in spring (breeding) plumage.

    Need opinions on this Stonechat from Montenegro. Bird was found on 13.2.2019. White rump patch was eye-catching in the field. It was refound yesterday (16.2.2019.). I took a slow motion video of it flying away through a scope. Underwing looked black throughout the video.
