    The project opens today, and the birds are expected back very soon. Keep an eye on the webcam, or if you're local, pop down for the first visit of the season, and you may well see one of them return!

    First bird of the season The first Osprey has landed on the nest this morning; however, it was not Monty or Glesni (Blue 24(10)). It was Blue 24, Glesni's cousin who was seen around the Dyfi last year.

    Black-headed Gull. Med Gulls have jet black heads, and a more brighter red-black bill. Like mentioned, the light makes a difference and can easily confuse anyone!
