    Slow going.

    I have family in Fairborn. And also 2 white squirrels in the area there too.

    Raccoons

    Raccoons will just learn to climb and then bend your shepherds hooks. The best way is to just use a stout post and a baffle. Just keep it simple...that way when or if a raccoon gets around it you don"t feel so bad.

    Do you bird watch alone or in groups?

    It is mixed for me. Sometimes I like to be alone out in the woods by myself, and other times I prefer to have a couple friends. I understand the peace and quiet thing. But on those days where there is not a lot of action, friends can make the slow times pass a lot quicker.
