    Ruff, Raptor Sinai

    Everything about this bird seems to call Ruff but it was very small,slightly smaller than a wood sandpiper, the other thing was the leg colour which did not appear to be dirty.

    Just wanted to see what you thought of this warbler due to the undertail coverts and its behaviour. It was mostly feeding on the ground and running around the reeds. Any help would be appreciated. I have considered both River and Cetti’s warbler.

    Duck with orange wingbar,Sharm,Egypt There have been a couple of these around of late but am unsure what to make of them with this orange in the wing bar.As you can see it is orange then slighty green and white lacking any white to the face so probably not garganey and green rather than blue...

    Have picked up three crake so far this week with 2 little at Sharm Pools and now this fellow at Dahab sewage works.I can see no red on the bill but what counts as short primary projection for baillon's.
