    Blackwater NWR, Maryland, USA 9th October

    Butterfly ID

    Lunar eclipse!

    2 moths for ID please

    Help with two please

    we had a dark-barred twin-spot carpet this morning that looked noticeably different to this. The only thing we can think of is so very unlikely that we thought we would enlist your help. second one we assume is a pug but not at all sure which one, can you help with this too? thank you

    Devon in July

    We are in Devon from 7th -19th July and would welcome advice on good places to bird. It is a mixed holiday with birders and non-birders but all are happy to be out and about. I have Yarners Wood in mind and also Berry Head but a question about those is can you take dogs there? Any pointers...
