    CT USA - Juvenile Osprey or Red-Shouldered Hawk?

    Photographed in a tree in Fairfield, CT USA - near the coast of Long Island Sound. That's a rat in its claws. At first I thought this was a juvenile Osprey, but now I'm not quite sure. Thank you.
