    This may sound like a silly question, but is there anywhere on the web that gives a general list of breeding times (i.e. different times of the year) for different species and also the number of clutches they are likely to have in any one year? Thanks in advance Richard

    South Stack and Holyhead Harbour 21st April

    RSPB Conway Reserve

    Took a drive over to Conway today with unexpected results. I had to look twice from the hide when I spotted a pair of Avocets. Apparently they had arrived there today. Beautiful birds and a first for me! :D

    I took some photos of this bird whilst out walking at the tail end of the summer/begining of autumn last year. It was photographed on the coastline, and although i'm sure it's a Pipit, i'm unsure whether it's a Rock or Meadow Pipit. Is it a juvenile? Your thoughts would be very welcome...
