    Peregrine ssp. Calidus? WWT Slimbridge, UK

    Hi all, Can this bird be a juv Falco peregrinus calidus? Saw the bird today at Slimbridge, sitting on the mud. It's upperparts looked much more greyish than on the photos, breast and belly was white and finely streaked. Photos rather poor, sorry, the bird was distant (~500m). Thanks in advance...

    Star testing my new Fieldscope ED82

    Hello, Just bought my first scope: Fieldscope ED82 and 25-75x eyepiece. Two days ago I managed to do star test using glitter point. Based on Henry Link and Kimmo descripton how good results should look like I saw 4-5 perfectly circular rings at both sides of focus, the outermost were brighter...
