    Hiroshima, Japan. Paradise flycatcher

    Early October near Hiroshima castle, Japan Just want to verify that this is Japanese paradise flycatcher because of lack of eye ring. Juvenile perhaps?

    Arctic tern? Lancashire ,UK

    Found this tern on 12th May 2016 resting amongst a common tern colony. Didn't associate with the pairs of nesting common terns. Shorter red beak with no black tip. Shorter legs too. Is this an Arctic tern?

    Brazil ID please

    I have a good idea of the first one and no idea on the second one. The raptor photo was taken in Rio de Janerio botanic gardens last month. The yellow finch? was taken in Buzios (100 miles up the coast from Rio).

    Which tern? Fleetwood, Lancashire.

    I'm convinced I saw 2 sandwich terns on the wing yesterday. IDed by yellow beak tip. Later on, I found 2 other terns together, loafing with the gulls. Help appreciated.
