    Best place to buy a Canon Lens

    Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere. I'm looking to purchase a new 100-400 lens. The online price seems to vary incredibly from around £1500 to £1200. I'm sure some of the lower prices must be from dodgy sources. Any help would be appreciated... Thanks

    ATS 80HD focussing

    I've just purchased one of these with the 25 x 50 zoom eyepiece. After a few days use I'm finding the focussing incredibly sensitive, i.e. too sensitive. Seems a very fine line between being in and out of focus. Anybody else find this?

    The 'PIN-TAPING' trick on 1x4 convertors

    I am about to add a 1x4 TC to a 350D & 400f5.6 USM. I know that with the Canon convertor I will lose auto-focus. I have heard a lot about taping up the three left-hand pins to fool the camera and achieve some sort of auto-focus. Surely this is a bad idea and will force the lens motor and camera...
