    Blackbird breeding failure

    I'm in the Southwest of the UK. A pair of blackbirds built a nest and laid eggs last year in our garden, it was unsuccessful and they abandoned the nest.     Blackbird nest problem

    Sad day! We had a blackbird bulld a next in the guttering under an overhang on the empty house next door. Eggs must have just about ready to hatch but after the rain kasf night she has abandoned the nest. I'm feeling pretty upset about it.
