Accipiter - Mara-do, off Jeju, South Korea (1 Viewer)

The blur makes it very tough I would think to pick one of 4-ish options.
If you have originals, it might be best to post these too.

I think the Accipiter options in the region should be Japanese, Chinese, Eurasian Sparrowhawk & Eurasian Goshawk.
This bird appears to have relatively long and slender wings and a long, narrow-based tail. for me, this combination suggests Eurasian Sparrowhawk.

Among the others, Chinese should show more pointed wings with darker wingtips, Japanese usually seems somewhat shorter-tailed and broader-winged, and Goshawk should have a different wing shape and deeper body/broader hips.
