Yes, Garganey pair in photo 1 & female in 3 (note black bill & supercilium) - I won't comment on the ID of chick but if you saw them together then I guess it must be.
Thanks. The female had about six ducklings with her. That is one of them.
The third picture looks like a female Mallard and I would guess that at this time of year the duckling is a Mallard too.

Is the bill colour right for a Mallard Andrew?
It has orange on it, if that's what you mean. At the base and along the bottom. It's a pretty normal looking female Mallard.

OK, I withdraw my original comments on the ID. Just goes to show what I know!

Was this from the hide at The Loons. Apparently there was a pair there just prior.
Female Mallards and Garganeys do like a bit similar, apart from the size. It's worth comparing the different flank patterns on the first and third photos. Lots of solid dark wedges on the first and thinner chevrons on the third.
Yes. Photo 1 shows the pair on the Loons.

Additionally the tertial shape and pattern is very different between these two species
