    Unidentified bird in Tokyo

    Hello, I need some help on identifying a bird. I only have this bad picture: The picture was taken in a suburban area of Tokyo. The head of the bird is black and bumpy. I was thinking it might be a corvidae or a picidae but I'm not even sure. Unfortunately that's all I've got |=(|
