GPO Passion ED 8 x 32 Review
It’s an excellent binocular, build quality is well up to the big three standards and optically it is not a million miles behind. I think that irrespective of price, it punches well above its weight and I liked mine so much I bought the 10x. -

What did you see in your binoculars today?
It's harvest time as the farmers cut and turn the grass ready to be chopped for sillage. This attracts the Buzzards and Red Kites searching for any lost and confused mice and other little creatures. This gorgeous Buzzard was resting in between snacks. Watched through the superb Meopta B1...- PatR

Female chest friendly binocular harness recommendations?

Curio 7x21 vs. CL 8x25 pocket
The 10x is a great little bino and it compliments the Curio perfectly. The magnification difference twixt 7x and 8x is negligible to my eyes at least and though I do have several pocket Bino’s, the Curio’s are the ones that invariably end up in my jacket pocket or slung around my neck. Glad you like the Curio, it is a fantastic bit of kit. The chip on the paintwork is annoying but something you could do yourself unless you cotton-wool your bino's. I would accept the £50 but that is absolutely your call. I have just checked my Curio's and there is a very slight... -

Very fortunate to have both the 8x30 and the 7x42 Habichts. They are sublime, light (ish) and provide a view that starts, everytime, with WOW! Asking for help: Meopta Meostar B1 10 X 42 vs Opticron Aurora BGA VHD 10 x 42
Interesting you mention the Fujinon FMTR and its coatings. I bought the 16x70 FMTR-SX yesterday and in all my years of using binoculars I have never experienced such a high level of Chromatic Abberation. Tested and very quickly packed up for return. New 10x42s wanted. But which ones?
Sadly the trouble with 10x42 bino's is weight and the 725g you alluded to as on the heavy side is very much in the ball park for that size. If you are hell bent on 10x but could consider 32mm, I would have a close look at the GPO bino's. The Passion ED 10x32's are cracking binos and with...- PatR
