    hi there & welcome. if i were you i would feed them from a feeding tray & prob mix in with some sunflower hearts. that way they have a choice & they will last a little longer. please visit my post & have a read as there is some good advice. I've only been birding about a year...

    OK the feeders are getting busy now, the starlins are flooding in. Sparrows are coming now & also seen a chaffinch visiting today. (the is the first sighting at my station) the pigons are always there! i've made & put up 2 bluetit boxes, just hoping its not too late?

    bit of good new this morning. decided to have breakfast in the kitchen looking out the window. a goldfinch flew onto the niger & it must have been there 10 mins til a starling scared it off buy landing on the fat balls well pleased
