    You've got a greenfinch. A female so not as yellow and green as the male.

    I've seen a couple of puff breasted babblers in Goa and they skulk around in the leaf litter in deep shade.

    It does look very similar to the northern shoveler x eurasuan wigeon in your link. And @Joern Lehmhus commented on it as well. Thanks.
