    Yellow warbler!

    Thought they were yellow finch until I got home and zoomed in my pix! Looks like a yellow warbler! No orange beak like a finch and less black on the wings!

    Final Native Woodpecker

    Nice pic! We also have the same types here in Ohio. I have yet to catch any on my camera but I don't have feeders so its harder. I just go into the woods across from my house and call them in.     Got this bird today in Lorain, Ohio. Called it using my bird call app on my phone and it was over my head within minutes sitting 5-10 ft away on a tree branch! Enjoy!

    Downloaded a few apps to my droid phone. They are both called "bird songs" and both were free. I also have a website of bird songs bookmarked. Works great for getting birds attention! Try it out! So far I have called in cardinals, woodpeckers and chickadees! They really need a app that hears...
