    Thanks, this one was at about the same distance as a swan and appeared similar in size (but obviously sleeker). I guess about 3 feet tall. Will update tomorrow if possible.

    Heron sized solitary Great White Egret? Seen wading / fishing yesterday & again today in a stream West of R. Severn, near to Ham Court to the South of Upton-upon-Severn. Tomorrow I'll take my camera.
