    Help ID Hawk Eagle

    Please help me ID this Hawk Eagle found in Northern Luzon. It looks like a Juvenile Changeable (pale morph) or Philippine Hawk eagle. It has three (3) to four (4) uneven three-inch crests. My problem is it has a mask and has yellow cere. Thank you so much.
