Digiscoping with a moto edge 2022

Thus far I have left a msg with Phone Scope, but no reply as of yet. I may have to resort to a 3 axis adapter if I can't find a specifically produced adapter for the Moto Edge 2022. I'm still holding out hope for a proper adapter for the Moto Edge. A proper adapter is typically less bulky. Thank...

Digiscoping with a moto edge 2022

Thank you, I'll give them another try. I tried them several weeks ago, but it's worth another go.

Vortex Razor users - what do you think?

I've had one for several years now and love it. It's weighs way less than my Pentax 30-80 and much easier to transport. And plenty sharp. I digiscoped a photo of a cardinal with my old LG G6 smart phone at 30 yards and could easily see water droplets on the feathers. The image was crystal clear.

Digiscoping with a moto edge 2022

Help: Does anyone know, for sure, where I can acquire a digiscope adapter to connect a moto edge 2022 smart phone to a Vortex Razor HD 20-60X 80 angled spotting scope????? I looked every where that I could think of but no luck. I'm hoping that there must be one out there that supports another...

Android phone digiscoping on a budget

What awesome photos. I hope your cell phone photos results inspire others to post some of their digiscope results. You must have a heavy duty tripod in order to stabilize the scope sep up so well as your pics do not appear to be wind fuzzy. Very nice job. I'm now inspired to go do more digiscoping.

Joker9937 It was my pleasure and I learned a lot. After you get your new scope setup, I for one, would enjoy seeing some pics of the neighbor eagle or anything else you feel is of interest. I do hope uploading pics isn't too much of a hassle. At least there's lots of instructions within this...

Android phone digiscoping on a budget

Thank you for the feedback and to everyone for their valuable assistance with this thread. I hope that Joker9937 gets and opportunity to view the bald eagle that I was finally able to upload per Joker's request.

Android phone digiscoping on a budget

I was able (I think) to at least upload a pdf file that you can download to see the bald eagle as taken with a cell phone unassisted. In the next attachment you can see the same eagle taken with the same cell phone only through a 20x60x60 scope. Please let me know if you are able to view the...

Android phone digiscoping on a budget

I was able to get so far as to upload photos, only the name of the photo appears but not the jpeg image? What's that all about? This is quite frustrating for a tech challenged bird brain.

Android phone digiscoping on a budget

Ok, thank you very much I'll give that a try and if I'm successful I'll post a before and after pic or to with some digiscope results. I've been trying to upload a bald eagle cell shot and then the same bird photographed with the same cell phone only through a spotting scope. Wish me luck.

Awesome, so how do you resize the image? Do you resize it within the quick reply section or do you do it with your computer prior to uploading? Thanks for helping.

Android phone digiscoping on a budget

Okay, I've sort of figured out how to up load a photo within post quick reply. First I had to go to advanced, then look carefully at the header and you'll notice a paper clip attachment icon, click on that then choose a file. Now the problem is my files are too big for bird forum to post. They...

Android phone digiscoping on a budget

What do you mean what program do I use? I just use the quick reply box provided by the Bird Forum. However, within that program I haven't found a way to add a photo. Isn't that the way I'm supposed to post replys? Obviously I'm doing something very wrong. How would you upload photos in the...
