Young Gulls Cannon Beach (ID HELP NEEDED)

I'm not sure how many of these birds are the same species but I've tried identifying these gulls and I can only find similar plumage being Heermann's Gull (Common) and Iceland Gull (which would be rare for this time). The bill doesn't match for either gull however.

Oregon Coast Young Gull, What Kind?

I was out on vacation on Cannon beach this last week and found a paler young gull but it was small than the second year Ring-billed gull. I'm not completely sure on the ID but I'm thinking its a Short-billed Gull. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Newby

Well, you've got you're response for the camera but for the places I would suggest: Saltese Wetlands, Turnbull NWR, Mt. Spokane SP, and Riverfront Park. (Check some of them out on eBird)

    Herring gull or? Lincoln NE

It also looks to have a thicker and shorter bill than the Herring gull next to it.

    Herring gull or? Lincoln NE

It's hard to say. The extremely red legs (shown in the third photo) lead me to believe something other than Herring gull. The Molt also does not seam to match HEGU.

New To BirdForm, New To Birds

I understand I'm way late for this, but this is actually a House Wren. The others are correct with there being a light eye stripe, i just couldn't hold back from correcting it. The pattern on the wing and the belly being brown, not gray, is more house/pacific wren. Mentioning the pacific wren...

Taken in Epping Forest last month….

I would say regarding the location, and the color of this accipiter, it seems to be an adult Northern Goshawk.

    Cormorant

I can guarantee this is a Cormorant species. Could you share the location?

Taken in Epping Forest last month….

In the photos attached, the top raptor is an accipiter due to the extended tail blocky end to the tail and rounded wing tips. However the bottom bird is a corvid species dues to the body shape, bill length, and the tail and wing shapes.

    Shenandoah Valley, VA hawk ID

This is also more the shape of a Buteo than an Accipiter or other hawk family.

    Shenandoah Valley, VA hawk ID

That is indeed a Red-Tailed Hawk. The red/orange tail and color patterning from the wing to the belly is distinct for an adult Red-Tailed Hawk.

Could they be Hybrids of Glaucous-winged X Western Gull hybrid? It's not too infrequent for them to hybridize so might it be that but i doubt that they'd come this far inland with both of them hugging the cost for the most part. On the other hand, I did some research with my cousin and we could...
