Spending winter in the north. (Quiscalus quiscula)

This Grackle seems to have missed his flight south for the winter. It is a common bird here in central Alberta in summer but should not be here in winter. Has been hanging around my house all winter. Photo taken through a window.

Marvelous black against white picture of this lost sole. It is going to be a long winter for this fellow, hope it makes it through the winter. Great picture MJ!
